CandyDoll Face Powder Review

Hello lovelies… Today will be sharing this lovely face powder from CandyDoll. When I first got it I already fell in love with the girly packaging!! It’s too sweet and lovely. I got two shade which is marshmallow and crystal, both look lovely.

This is almost similar to loose powder but it’s not transparent in colour. These powders contains mineral pearl powder that are safe and gentle to the skin. It is said to have a soft and fine particles leaving skin looking flawless and last throughout the day.

There is two shades to choose from. Marshmallow (Matte Finish) or Crystal (Pearl finish).

It comes in a small plastic jar that can fit into my palm easily so I will not drop it easily when holding it. The 3D Rose frame surrounding the cap is so feminine and sweet especially on the pink one.

While on the black it look very classic and glam too.

It comes with a puff so using it on the go is not a problem at all. For the CandyDoll Crystal powder’s puff it comes with pink ribbon which look absolutely sweet every girl will agree with me.

Alright the powder were quite smooth but not as smooth as compare to some high end face powder I have. It also can be a little too thick. I wish the powder can be finer. It does not have any scent though… The Marshmallow Powder (in Black cap) has a matte finishing while Crystal Powder (in Pink Cap) has shiny pearl finishing. The powder has a very light beige tone unless if you have dark skin it’s pretty translucent on fair skin.

          

Well i bet everyone know how to use a loose powder right? I shall skip this!

I do really love the packaging a lot…. It’s so sweet. However I find the powder can be too thick when apply on my face. Also I hope the powder is finer so it will apply smoother on my skin.
I tried the Marshmallow which helps to keep skin looking matte and flawless. It does mattify my skin and my skin feel shine-free longer than usual.

Now here is me wearing the face powder in Crystal. Look pretty flawless eh? It doesn’t control oil that good but the shine is very minimal so you can wear it even for more formal occasion.

All in all I do feel the price for this is a little overpriced considering the finishing. I think if it is priced at RM 50 it will be more worthy, no doubt the packaging are really attractive but still quite hefty price for such quality.
