Kiehls x Bannecker Christmas in New York

Its my dream to visit New York, Christmas in New York is perfect. Thank you Kiehls for this extravaganza Christmas in New York Party!!!

This Christmas Kiehls has partner up with Andrew Bannecker (Kiehls x Bannecker), an American artist well known for his use of vivid colors, hand-crafted drips and textures. From bubbly characters to sophisticated landscapes, his work always manages to imbue scenes with emotive power.

At the party, we get to play lucky draw to uncover our gift from Kiehls.

I got the Limited Edition (Kiehls x Bannecker) Midnight Recovery Concentrate which is the best prize of all. Very lucky of me, in fact December is my lucky month. Just won another unexpected contest on FB. I love December. So back to the concentrate, its a nighttime facial oil that visibly restores the appearance of skin. Normally I will never use facial oil because I don’t like the oily feeling but this one absorb really fast and the Lavender scent smell so good…. I use it every night and I feel it slowly restore my skin.

After that we get to pick some deluxe sample size cleanser, toner, lotion or shampoo. We get to pick two each and then we get another full size of mask or micellar water.

I really really love the Cilantro & Orange Extract Pollutant Defending Mask that I got. Just tried it like an hour ago and I thought it’s a rinse off mask but it’s not. So, the correct way is to apply a thick layer on the face then after 5 minutes tissue off and leave a thin layer of the mask on skin and let it absorbs in and leave it overnight. Well, I accidentally wash off mine but I really love how hydrating the mask is and it give my skin a very nice radiant aft washing off. I also love the minty and cooling effect the mask gave. Mad love…

They also setup a huge book rack in effort to help underprivileged children enrich life through literacy and knowledge. Guest is encouraged to bring old or new children book to be placed on the book rack.

There’s also Ice Skating Ring, where me and hubby get to try skating… My god it was hard….I did not manage to skate basically just dragging… Nevertheless it was really fun!

Kiehls even make skating area snow!!
