Cindy in Kitchen: Alfredo Mushroom Fettuccine

Menu for today is Alfredo Mushroom Fettuccine. Cooking this take less than 30 minutes if you are using the ready made sauce sold in major supermarket. Some of the brand are Prego & Dolmio.
Today I am using Prego Alfredo Mushroom Sauce in can.
Preparing the Fettuccine
1. Fill up the pot with water and boil it with medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add oil and dab of salt to the boiling water.
3. Put in the Fettuccine and turn the heat to the smallest heat and continue to boil till it is soften.
4. Lift up the fettuccine and serve it onto a empty plate.
Preparing the sauce
Today I am using Prego Alfredo Mushroom Sauce in can.

Preparing the sauce
1. Lightly beat the egg and mix in few drops of light soy sauce and a dab of pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and fried till golden brown. Cut the egg into slices and leave a side.
2. Slice the Nutriplus Cheese Hotdog and fried till golden brown.
3. Add the shimeiji mushroom to the pan and cook for 2minutes.
4. Pour in Prego Alfredo Mushroom sauce and add quarter bowl of water. Finally, add dab of salt and pepper to the sauce and stir it gently.
5. Pour the sauce on top of the fettuccine and garnished with egg slices on top.
Try it out yourself, simply delicious…
