Actually I don’t know if this is lip stain or liquid lipstick, sort of like the two fused together into one. I had the opportunity to be the first few to play around with it, so today I am going to share my review with you guyss. Rouge Edition Souffle de Velvet produce pigmented color and at the same time allow your lip to feel comfort all the time.
