Sarawak Kolo Mee & Laksa Mee @ TSP Food Court

It’s just merely 5 minutes walk from my home.  I only realized the goodness of this authentic Sarawak noodle in TSP food court after reading post from ciki.

My first attempt were to try Sarawak Kolo Mee but on my way to the stall saw the Sarawak Laksa serve on one of the table looked so tempting.  Without hesitating I order one small bowl of Sarawak Laksa.  The bowl may look small but it contains a sufficient amount of thick vermicelli and juicy bean sprouts.  The 2 medium sized succulent prawns and the fluffy egg slice add more value to this small bowl of Laksa. The broth though not the best but it is very satisfying..

Next attempt is the star of Sarawak,  Kolo Mee.

The lightly seasoned noodle just right for my taste bud.  This is not like the common dry noodle we had in KL which used Dark Soya Sauce. The best part is the crisp fried onion add more aroma to the whole plate of the noodle.  Needless to say the minced pork is the main contributor here. Its even better than a few of others i tried in Kuching itself…
