Remember my last post on the launching of Ryoshi Signature? Last week we are back there again to try out their full menu. As we walk in were greeted and the cozy atmosphere just set the right mood for Sunday Japanese Lunch.
The restaurant is very spacious with two private dining room. So if you have a big group of family and friend for any sort of celebration this will be a good choice. It will also be a good place for company dinner.
We first started with this new Shirao Tempura (White Bait), very crunchy a great meal starter.
To the next dish, my all time favourite. Fuyou Sashimi Moriwith 5 kinds of sashimi like Otoro, Kampachi, Salmon, Amaebi and Ikuro. All of them are so fresh and the sweetness from the sashimi taste amazing.
Salad always my favourite especially when it comes with Goma Dressing. Hako Kani Salad filled with lots of snow crab over fresh salad leaves.
Yaki Gyoza serve hot, was alright.
Yaki Toriwith juicy & tender chicken meat.
Well just chicken doesn’t do the magic, we gotto to have the Buta Bara, skewer pork belly.
mmmm this Hire Katsu is my favourite that day. Fried to perfection yet the meat still juicy inside. YUMS!
We also try a few sushi roll that day like Ryoshi Buta Maki, Oyster Maki & Cranky Salmon Maki.
The moment we sat on the table, the screen infront of us we playing video of this Tori Nanban in the making on replay. We were all salivating over it. Nanban is japanese Tartar sauce and I am a fan! The Ryishi version did not disappoint at all.
We then move to some soba. I love Yaki Soba very flavourful!
Buta Bara Nama Shiogayaki, pan fried pork slices with ginger sauce a great pair for rice. The ginger saunce is so good.
I’m sure many of you fancy this Ryoshi Buta Don, every slice of pork is barbeque with aromatic sweet barbeque sauce. Every spoon is so warming and delicious.
More Char Siu, Yaki Meishi fried rice with generous amount of char siu.
So if you are looking for some Japanese Food checkout Ryoshi Signature.
