Bridal Shop Brief Intro & Review (PJ Area)
Oh before we begin, a little tips when visiting bridal shop. Go look at their gown first then only look at the package price because if the gown does not suit you even though they offer a very good package is pretty useless. Also once you exit the shop, note down on your phone the price and details of the package they offer so you can compare at the end of your search. Oh ya, you can basically skip Loke Yew area if you want modern gown design because those shop in Loke Yew already there for quite sometime so their gown design pretty outdated,.. Now let us begin with the Bridal Shop which I have purchased from.
I stumbled upon this shop while browsing through Facebook, in one of their advertisement. I emailed them and found their pricing and pictures were really good so I drop by for a visit.
What i like about this shop is that they have a number of mermaid gown that can fit plusize figure whereby most shop only have mermaid dress fit to petite body figure and are usually in zip design instead of ribbon tying at the back. Ribbon tying will enable more flexibility thus even bigger body figure also can fit in. For men they have white & black suit for those with bigger body size or big belly but not overly big la ya. Thomas size is the biggest size already. The main reason why I decided to choose Two of Us is because during that time they offer me RM 2888 (inclusive of 3 gown + 1 casual gown rental for prewedding photoshoot inclusive of mua, 2 gown for actual day, 30 photos with 2 album print and etc). Their package also allow for all gown to be taken out for outdoor shooting. Certain bridal show do not allow full outdoor shoot unless you top up more money.
Currently, the owner of this bridal shop has change and man the new owner is so much better in terms of customer service. I am so glad that the previous owner bid good bye (i know I sound bad but really the previous owner humiliate me and made me feel so mad). Anyway, another benefit of the bridal shop is that they have quite a number of lace gown and modern gown in their normal gown range. Thus, you don’t have to pay extra for new design gown. However, they limit how many time you can try the gown which is one time and before purchasing the package you can only try up to 4 gowns if not mistaken.Since I have taken picture with them, I can comment a little bit on their style… They are pretty flexible in the style and are open for suggestion. They took a lot of shot so you can choose the best. I really like the picture outcome…. However I don’t quite like the previous makeup artist because she never wash her brush bag but she has resign. Aside from that I think her makeup and hairstyling is really good.

There is two range of gown to choose from. As usual those designer gown require top up. Their price for normal gown rental is not bad but their gown design mostly quite old, those with satin type. If you want a newer design like lace and tulle then you have to go for designer range which price goes up to 5-6K.for the entire package. Only certain designer gown is allowed for outdoor shoot the rest are restricted to indoor shoot.
One thing that attract us is their photography. Their skill is really good and they have a very high tech special effect which can change any scene to spring or winter season. So if you looking for such effect this is the Bridal shop for you. This is what I mean, below scene is in Putrajaya and originally the trees are all in green colour…
and then now change to winter..
Here you can also try unlimited gown without signing package any package. You can take a few pictures of the gown you try on.

From outside it look really luxury and it’s true to the outlook, you have to pay a very hefty price tag for all their package.
Their gown not the nicest and also have normal and VIP range.. Gown design range is smaller than The Ring just Married. You can also try unlimited gown without signing any package. Their photos are quite creative though but I just don’t fancy their gown design.

Similarly also have two range of gown but very extensive choices….. If you pick normal dress range price around 4k and up for the package but if you want to choose designer range for actual day and studio shoot price can go up to 7k… and most designer gown not allowed for outdoor shoot.
Their pictures can also choose special effect or natural ones. You can try unlimited without signing any package. Their dinner gown for designer range is very limited if you looking for modern design then you might want to skip this….From designer range got a few mermaid that can fit me nicely (plusize). Only thing is that they tend to hide some of the details when I ask them the price that they offered, they told me I can select any gown. After I try all the gown the SA informed me the promo price is only applicable for normal gown range. This make me feel very disappointed and tired for trying so many gown but non can be picked.

Their dress selection was alright but also have two range and package price around RM5k. Sign this is how they earn our money by have two range for their gowns….Here you can try unlimited without needing to sign package.

They have the most prettiest dress among all but mostly pretty design are for petite size..For plus size mostly are tube design and not really so beautiful… Their picture are more toward natural theme. You are only allowed to try 3-4pcs only. Their price starts from RM7k and up…Not cheap at all for pretty gowns…

But i can see their pictures are really beautiful and they have many professional photographer that won many awards…

Their dress is very gorgeous but not as gorgeous as Annie Loiseau but more expensive than them..Their evening gown has many pastel colour than can fit plusize. You can try unlimited gown as well….Pretty hefty price tag too and featuring their signature photographer Edwin Tan.

At Simply Gorgeous, all gown design is kept simple, minimal yet sophisticated. Al their gown are almost lacey type and most design look very modern. They have really sweet design and pastel colour evening gown for you to choose from too…
Sadly, most mermaid for now are for petite girl and now they have add in quite a number of plusize gown so you can drop by Simply Gorgeous to take a look if you are plusize. The owner Alanis is a very nice and friendly girl. She makes you feel like you are the princess in her shop, you choose which ever gown you like and you can even take picture of the gown no restriction at all. You can make appointment with them and try as many time as you like until you found the right gown. Even you decided not to rent their gown it is okay. Only set back is they do not have gown rental & photography package together so you have to hire photographer & make up artist separately. However, Simply Gorgeous has partner with other Photographer and Makeup artist so they can recommend to you. On gown rental, the more you rent the cheaper the price. So make sure you discuss with Alanis on your required number of gown rental for best price ya. Their price range for gown rental is from RM 380 – 1k++.

The most cheap gown rental ever among all shop, their price start from RM300 and up… Very natural photos for package is about RM4k . Dress are mixture some satin and newer lace design… You can try unlimited without signing their package.
